The House of Shells descends from Brygist the Proud also known as the “Founder.” The people of this house tend to be seafaring folk. Mariners and merchants rank high among the Shells, while fishermen and salt laborers make up the lower majority. Due to Tearium’s proximity to the Ghullas Islands, Ghul culture has influenced the style of the Shells and it is common for them to wear fur and leather attire. Only the rich wear jewels, pearls being the gem of choice.
